All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If we’re experiencing high order volume or delays, we’ll notify you right away by email.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Tracking

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Chibi Sceneries is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information, carrier delays, or weather-related issues.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@chibisceneries.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
